Database Administrator

We are currently seeking a temporary Database Administrator to assist with a critical project involving the clean-up of our customer database. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our customer information, which is vital for our ongoing business operations.

• Contact customers to verify and update contact details following email bounce-backs.
• Prioritise and address the 200 high-priority cases as a matter of urgency.
• Accurately input updated customer information into our database system.
• Work methodically through a list of 780 bounce-backs to ensure all customer data is current and correct.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent approach to data management and customer communication.
• Report on progress and any issues encountered during the data clean-up process.

• Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Proficiency in database management and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively, managing a high volume of calls.
• Experience with CRM systems and understanding of data privacy standards.
