THE ROLE:
- Cashflow forecasting and budgeting
- Construction CIS Returns
- Running an accounts department of a 8 to 10 million pound company turn over
- To Manage the finance and credit control team
- Bookkeeping / Accounting / Sage / Payroll / Credit control
- People Management dealing with conflict.
- Helping business to work in Europe / distribution.
- Accounting background AAT /
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- Experience working in the construction, FM, Fire, building, housing industry
- Hands on experience with payroll, credit control & accounts
- Qualified in Finance and Accounting ( AAT ACCA AAT CIMA ECT ) or qualified by experience
- Cashflow forecasting and budgeting experience
- Staff development & Supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills & excellent communication skills and relationship building
- Demonstrable ability to work with people at all levels
- Good knowledge of English - verbal and written
- Experience of using accounting software including SAGE
- Ideally looking for a locally based candidate within a 30 Min's commute in the Kent or surrounding areas
