We are looking for a motivated Junior Insurance Broker to join our Dartford office. This is a full-time, on-site sales role focused on developing and maintaining relationships with clients and agencies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in meeting and exceeding sales targets, responding to client inquiries, and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional insurance solutions
• Support and assist team members, providing cover as needed. •
Maintain high standards of data entry accuracy and attention to detail in system updates. •
Resolve queries promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. •
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and seamless operations. •
Receive inbound and conduct outbound calls to potential customers who have shown interest online, offering quotes for household or motor insurance and closing policy sales. •
Receive inbound and conduct outbound calls to existing customers seeking quotes or wishing to renew their policies, providing exceptional service and support.
Essential Qualifications: •
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ambition to grow within the insurance industry and achieve Chartered Insurance Practitioner status. •
Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. •
Strong relationship-building skills. •
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus. • Experience in the insurance industry is highly regarded but not essential.
