Operations Manager

Due to progressive expansion, this facilities management company has created a new position for a dedicated and confident Operations Manager to strengthen operational day-to-day processes, to allow further growth and development.

LOCATION: Office based - near Dartford. You may be looking for Operations Manager jobs in Kent, Dartford, Gravesend, Crayford, Rochester, Wrotham, Maidstone.

You will have a full UK driving licence.

SALARY: 40K- 55K basic plus benefits, profit related bonus, Oyster card, mobile phone allowance, frequent progression opportunities / salary reviews.

HOURS: 9am - 5pm. Mon - Fri.

As Operations Manager, you will be a key part of the Senior Management team, providing decisive leadership and line management for the Office and Area Management Team and to strengthen existing operational processes including resources, finance, marketing strategies and business development.

Day-to-day duties and responsibilities:

• Support Contracts Director with new business, quotations, and tender opportunities.
• Assist with setup of new CRM System.
• Roll out new systems ensuring they are setup properly and used effectively.
• Ensuring Operations Team are carrying out regular Quality Auditing.
• Assist Operations Team with new and existing customers.
• Oversee mobilisation process of all new contracts/sites.
• Carry out monthly meetings with Office Administrators and Operations Team.
• Oversee Staff Planning and Training.
• Manage Complaint escalation and resolution.
• Support HR Manager with any performance management and disciplinary matters.
• Travel to meetings with prospective clients, in and around London.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer service are maintained at all customer sites.

You will be a professional, customer service driven Operations Manager, with a strong background in Operation Team Management, able to make progress in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will be a strong team player with excellent communication/ networking skills as well as good planning and organisational skills. With good IT and data skills and CRM experience, you will be able to produce clear and accurate reports, using your own initiative and self-motivation as well as attention to detail.

Previous jobs may include Operations Officer, Operations Manager, Executive Officer, Operational Manager, General Manager, Finance Director, Operations Director, Managing Director, or similar.
