This international business are market leaders and require an ambitious customer services professional to be responsible for:
- Point of contact for service and troubleshooting enquiries
- Understanding customer expectations and liaising with business teams to share feedback
- Keep customer updated
- Raise quotes, approve expenses and follow up customer contracts
- Monitor customer grade of satisfaction and feedback
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a fast paced customer services role
- Ability to work from Daventry offices
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
