About you - SEN TA - Daventry, Northamptonshire

• Experience working as a TA/SEN TA/LSA in a U.K Primary/Secondary School, or a minimum CACHE Level 2 qualification, or recent graduates with a passion for education.
• The ability to inspire, engage, and progress students of all backgrounds and ages.
• Some understanding of SEN, particularly autism, dyslexia, and communications difficulties, and a strong desire to work with Special Needs pupils.
