Our very successful client is looking to expand their team and have landed a 2 year contract on a construction project in Deeside.Roles & ResponsibilitiesLiaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the publicSupervising construction workers and hiring subcontractorsBuying materials for each phase of the projectMonitoring build costs and project progressConducting quality and safety inspectionsChecking and preparing site reports, designs and drawingsMaintaining quality control checksMotivating the workforceHours Monday to Friday 7am till 530pm.Skills:Steel Fixer previously would be advantageQualifications:SSTSSMTS
