Warehouse Operative

HRGO are recruiting on behalf of our client in the Denbigh area for a despatch & warehouse operative. The successful candidate will be working as part of a team, and will be responsible for packing the products, and ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to the customers.

Hours: Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm, Fri 6am-3pm ( 2 x 30 mins )

Location: Denbigh

Pay: 11.44 per hour, paid weekly

Contract Type: Temp to perm

Please note due to location, candidates will need to be able to drive or live local to Denbigh.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for dispatch by picking and packing food products according to customer requirements
• Ensure accurate labeling and documentation for outgoing shipments
• Inspect packaging for any damage or incorrect labels
• Wrapping pallets
• Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly before leaving site
• Printing stickers and labels
• Correctly store products
• Adhere to all health and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work space

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or despatch position is essential
• Good communication skills, and able to work effectively in a team
• Basic IT skills
• Strong attention to detail and able to work under time pressures
