Hire and Sales Specialist - Welding Equipment and Consumables - Castle Donnington - Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm - Friday 8.30am - 5pm - 42 hours per week

In this role as a Hire and Sales Co-ordinator you will be working with customers, colleagues across the business, other managers, and key business stakeholders. Providing a first-class service as a trusted advisor facilitating welding equipment and welding consumables.

Responsibilities

• Front line interaction with customers and offering first class customer service.
• Working as part of a dedicated welding solutions team of trusted advisors by provide advice and guidance.
• Understanding of a comprehensive range of welding hire equipment and staying abreast of all future developments
• Responsibility for coordination of customers requirements for start to finish offering a unique end to end experience.
• Working in collaboration with the wider depot network to fulfil all customer requirements and offering up solutions.
• Carry out all administration tasks in relation to on-hires, off-hires, damage and loss.
• Dealing with POs for supplier requisition for all sale products
• Responsible for all invoice solutions in a timely manner
• Team player, demonstrating inspirational leadership skills, building a culture of high performance through coaching, attention to detail and role modelling great behaviours.
• Developing relationships at different levels across the organisation and external partners
  Personal responsibility for continuous development by actively participating in the ongoing training program
• Attend meetings to ensure internal and external stakeholders are engaged with across Welding Solutions
• Actively suggest improvements and better ways of working by process and suggestions of system improvements
• Managing and resolving customer and supplier approvals
