We are now searching for a TELESALES MANAGER to lead and support a small team of Telesales Execs. This is Hybrid role ,3 days home , 2 days office in Derbyshire.
Our clients are wanting someone who is already in a" TELESALES MANAGER ROLE" You must be passionate about sales , hungryfor success and have excellent managerial skills to support , encourage andmentor your sales team.
Working alongside the Ecommerce team and commercialdirectors to ensure that telesales activities support the wider RTW strategy.
Managing day to day workload within the telesalesteam , setting objectives and monitoring key deliverable KPIs
Assist in the development and execution of thetelesales strategic plan
Oversee and manage both the quality and volume ofoutbound calls , new customer acquisition and sales leads generation to thewider sales team.
Day to day motivation and management of a small teamof telesales executives as well as carrying out performance reviews andappraisals with the team
ESSENTIAL
Telesales management experience
Experience cold calling , warm calling andprospecting experience
Excellent reporting and data analysis skills
Goal and results driven
Proficient all MS applications including Excel
Experience in effectively managing CRM Systems
This is a basic salary of 30k with Bonuses OTE £35,000
