Based in the City, this international organisation are seeking an experienced administrator to join its busy team, covering all aspects of the HR function.
Duties revolve around supporting managers and business partners in areas such as employee relations, recruitment and training which will include:
- Maintaining systems and databases
- First point of contact: taking calls and dealing with emails
- Booking interviews and meetings
- Creating offer letters and contracts
- Recording of information
- Keeping up to date with ongoing projects
Candidates will have previously worked within an HR function and be well-organised and able to communicate clearly and effectively. Good organisational skills are a must as is the knowledge of databases and systems commonly used with HR.
