We are working with a progressive and forward-thinking company that have a dedicated private client team across the East Midlands with experts in Leicester, Derby, and Nottingham.
They are seeking a highly motivated Private Client Solicitor to join the team in their Derby office to focus on private client work with an emphasis on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and administration of estates.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to apply their legal skills and experience in a demanding yet supportive team environment. The successful candidate will have experience of managing a caseload, including:
- Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Administration of estates
- Probate
- Estate planning
- Family inheritance/Capital Gains Tax
- Inheritance tax planning
- Trusts
- Ability to provide excellent levels of client care with a good level of empathy
