What we're looking for:- Meet & greet clients who visit the business- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls to the right person or department- General administration duties - Sorting and distributing post- Keeping the reception area tidy- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post- Providing direction and assistance to visitors- Arranging lunchesThe finer elements of the role:- A background & experience of being a Receptionist- Excellent Microsoft Office skills- Positive attitude and dispositionCherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
