The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be joining our successful Civils team who have extensive experience recruiting across a variety of sectors. The key areas we are expanding into further at present are Water and Rail, both lucrative sectors with ample opportunity for growth. You will work closely and be supported by our Recruitment Manager who began working for us 10 years ago, and you can trust his experience and guidance will enhance your own success. You will use your industry experience to create your own network of candidates by reaching out to job seekers through advertising, job boards and professional networking sites.

Through knowledge of your sector and understanding the needs of your clients you will develop solid relationships that they can trust, ensuring clients receive a quality service, advising them on suitable candidates and market trends.

You will oversee the recruitment cycle in its entirety, finding clients and candidates to secure a sale right through to the placement of your candidate and the first day of their new job.
