Aviation Recruitment Network Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our sales team at the East Midlands Airport office (DE74).This is an office based direct sales role and is ideal for individuals with a background in commercial or industrial recruitment, coupled with Team Leader experience, who are ready to step into a management role with the potential for progression to Branch Manager.As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our team, focusing on selling temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to clients within the commercial aviation industry. The role will involve minor travel to UK airports for recruitment open days and client meetings.You will be responsible for managing and developing the team, nurturing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and matching candidate skills with relevant vacancies.In return, the Senior Recruitment Consultant will be offered:£35,000 - £40,000 basic per annum + £15k - £20k OTE.LinkedIn Recruiter Pro Licence + Sales Navigator.Management training and development.Employee of the month recognition programme.A great social calendar and open working environment.Paid day off on your birthday.Free onsite airport parking which can also be utilised during your holidays.0830 hrs – 1730 hrs Monday to Friday (flexibility required.Duties and Responsibilities:Selling a range of consultancy services through market research and lead generation.Day-to-day management and development of the recruitment team.Management of client accounts and delivering exceptional service.Generating new business appointments through networking, telesales, and social media.Matching candidate skills and experience to vacancies within airport and non-airport recruitment campaigns.Requirements:Minimum 2 years' experience in a Team Leader capacity, managing and developing consultants.Proven track record as a full 360 Recruitment Consultant selling permanent/temporary recruitment solutions.Proficiency in generating business leads through canvassing and networking.Experience working to financial targets and managing client accounts.A full, clean UK manual driving license with at least 12 months of driving experience.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.About the Company: Aviation Recruitment Network Ltd specializes in supplying security-cleared personnel to the UK commercial aviation industry.
