TEMPORARY FINANCE ASSISTANT

| LOCATION: DE21, DERBY |

| SALARY: £13.02 PER HOUR |

| HOURS: 8:30AM - 4:30PM / PART TIME HOURS WOULD BE CONSIDERED |

| FULL ENHANCED DBS REQUIRED |

Job duties:

- Supporting the Finance Manager as deemed necessary

- Responsibility for day-to-day credit control management and collection of customer debt

- Creating new Customer and Supplier accounts onto Sage

- Processing Sales orders into Sage

- Raising Sales Invoices and applications for payments

- Raising Purchase Orders in Sage

- Processing Bank/Cash Payments, putting receipts onto Sage

- Processing of Credit Card Expenses onto Excel and Sage

- Keeping Product Costs up to Date on Sage

- Maintaining the Sales Orders in spreadsheet

- Assist with general finance team duties, answering the telephone, filing, and dealing with enquiries both internally and externally

Experience

- Experience of working in a busy and varied finance post

- Experience in Purchase ledger, invoicing and reconciliation

- Experience of online business banking platforms

- Experience in data inputting, retention and maintaining database information
