Job Function
Responsible for the completion of daily Counts and for the monitoring the stock accuracy and values.
Duties and responsibilities
Print cycle count sheets and weekly / monthly reports.
To monitor the counts are kept on track within 2 days of issuing. Inform Logistics Manager of status of cycle counts and checks. Also Support with EOY Stocktake.
Spot check items after a count has been completed to check accuracy and upload figures to sage.
To identify areas of the warehouse that a problem area and to make as presentable as the rest of the warehouse. General housekeeping standards.
To be aware of all adjustments made on a daily basis, and to investigate all major errors before adjusting.
To monitor the allocations of works orders against required sales orders. And to make sure sufficient KanBan stock is available for production.
To prepare stock transfers and ensure stock movements are recorded correctly.
Generally assist with picking when required.
Generally assist with Despatch when required.
Run monthly MRB meetings to ensure Quarantine area is kept to a minimum.
