New Resource Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a well-established global organisation in their search for a talented and proactive Internal Account Manager. This is a permanent, full-time position offering long-term growth within a high-performing team. You'll be joining a company that operates internationally, with a reputation for quality, strong values, and continuous investment in its people.

Due to continued success and internal growth, this role offers the chance to take ownership of a portfolio of UK accounts and provide vital support to a busy external sales team.

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm (office-based)
Friday: 8:30am – 1:30pm (hybrid/home-based)

The Role

As Internal Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for assigned customers, managing the full order lifecycle and supporting the external sales team with high-quality administration and customer service.


Key Responsibilities


• Full ownership of internal customer accounts
• End-to-end order management (sales & purchase orders)
• Forecast management and reporting
• CRM maintenance (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Stock and aged inventory control
• Supporting the external sales team with customer visits
• Prioritising and responding to customer enquiries
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (essential)
• Previous experience in sales support or account management
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Confident, professional telephone manner
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
