Laboratory Technician/Manufacturing Operative / Didcott, Oxford / Competitive salary/ Day shiftAre you an experienced Laboratory Technician/Manufacturing Operative with experience in a Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology Manufacturing Environment?We are seeking skilled candidates to join our client, a leading Pharmaceutical Organisation based in Oxford. You will be working within the mRNA vaccines production unit, contributing to the production of safe and effective vaccines that make a difference in people's lives. In this role, you will operate production equipment in accordance with cGMP compliance and safety regulations.Responsibilities:

  • Operate production equipment following standard operating procedures and manufacturing documentation
  • Practice safe work habits and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines
  • Participate in incident investigation and corrective action tasks
  • Collaborate with QA peers for documentation closure and batch disposition
  • Troubleshoot routine equipment and digital issues
  • Perform routine basic equipment maintenance
  • Maintain training records and documentation
  • Flexibility to work off-hours and overtime if needed
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects

Ideal Person

  • 3+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
  • University degree in pharmaceutical production technology or equivalent
  • Experience with filtration, chromatography, and cold chain management is an advantage but not essential

This role is site based in Didcott, OxfordshireThis is a temporary position for 6 months?
