Job Title: Chef de Partie

Position Type: Full-time, Daytime Shifts - 8 am to 16:00
Salary: £11.50 to £12.50 per hour 37.5-hour contract. You will be paid for every hour worked
A fresh food restaurant is known for its fantastic work-life balance and dedication to quality cuisine. We are currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our daytime shifts, starting at 8 am and finishing at 16:00. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Assist in stock control and inventory management.
- Support the Head Chef in menu development and innovation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work daytime shifts starting at 8 am.
- Ideally possess a valid driving license due to location.
