Role Overview:

As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role as part of a dedicated team, focusing on maintaining the personal care needs of our clients. Reporting Structure:

This position reports to the Care Coordinator/Home Care Manager.

This Role Could Be Ideal for You if You Have:

  • A caring and patient nature
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Preferred: Previous experience as a carer, though not essential
  • Preferred: Access to a car and a full UK driving license, though not essential
