Resourcing & HR Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated Resourcing & HR Administrator to join our client. The successful candidate will provide recruitment and HR administration support, ensuring consistency of approach across the site. This role is pivotal in driving recruitment activity and ensuring that colleagues are recruited, on-boarded, and paid in alignment with our clients purpose and behaviours.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Work closely with Managers and the Central Talent Acquisition team to attract high-quality candidates and agree on recruitment methods.
  • Adhere to recruitment policy and process, manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Monitor applications, coordinate interviews, and assessment centres for all vacant roles within the site.
  • Coordinate with the Onboarding team to ensure timely and effective onboarding of candidates.
  • Monitor DBS renewals and ensure all staff are up to date with mandatory training.
  • Conduct exit interviews with all leavers and report any arising themes or concerns.
  • Manage absence in accordance with policy and procedures, addressing high levels of absence with managers.
  • Maintain accurate employee documentation and personnel files.
  • Support the administration and coordination of HR processes and provide cover for Payroll as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Admin, HR Administrator/Assistant, or general administrator within a commercial environment.
  • Professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills.
  • Shared responsibility for the confidentiality, security, and accuracy of patient records and data.
  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures for vulnerable individuals.
