We are proud to be representing a boutique Firm of Independent Financial Planners who offer a family orientated working environment. The role will involve providing Administration support to 2 very successful Advisers. Our Client are open to candidates who may be seeking development into Paraplanning within the next 2 years. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare files for new and existing client reviews, including valuation reports.
  •  Process new business applications, withdrawals, drawdown, and fund switches.
  •  Ensure compliance of files at all times.
  •  Maintain and update client records using our back-office system (Intelligent Office).
  •  Gather necessary information on existing plans/arrangements for adviser review.
  •  Ensure availability of all required plan information, forms, and illustrations.
  •  Structure letters to providers and clients.
  •  Schedule client meetings and manage diaries.
  •  Provide general client servicing, including chasing LOAs, managing address changes, and liaising with   product providers and third parties.
  •  Answer telephone calls and perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and postage.
  •  Welcome and assist clients during face-to-face appointments.
  •  Provide an amazing client experience

Experience Required:

  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  •  Experience providing administrative support in wealth management.
  •  Strong knowledge of pensions and investment products.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Ability to prioritise and plan workload effectively.
  •  Capacity to manage time efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
  •  Self-motivated and organised, able to work well under pressure.
  •  Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
  •  Familiarity with Intelligent Office is advantageous.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have prior experience of working within the Wealth Management Industry and be confident in processing new business.
