Reed Sales & Marketing are incredibly excited to be working with a nationally established security company in their search for an Account Manager.

Based in Doncaster, this person will be responsible for winning new business and growing existing accounts for a wide range of security services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work in accordance with all company polices/procedures, ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 45001 (health and safety), Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS), The Railway Industry Supplier Questionnaire Scheme (RISQS) and The Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board (SSAIB)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts across sectors including rail, construction, and infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to assess satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Address and resolve client concerns in a timely, professional manner.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure security personnel and services meet client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional services (e.g., technology upgrades, mobile patrols, enhanced CCTV options).
  • Support the business development team in preparing proposals and renewals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver account performance reports, KPIs, and client reviews covering incidents, staffing, performance metrics, and compliance audits.
  • Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and communications in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with security officers, field supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure service consistency.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an Account Manager, preferably in the security services, facilities management, or similar service industry,
  • Strong understanding of security operations, risk management, and service delivery.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
