As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility is maintaining strong customer relationships and improving our services to ensure customer satisfaction.To accomplish this, you should promote service excellence and continuous improvements by demonstrating effective communication standards, collaborating with internal and external partners, and proactively managing customer expectations.This is a hybrid role, but can expect up to 50% travel to clients, operations in Europe and 1 day a week on site in Worksop (all travel costs will be paid for). It is essential that you have experience in the Outsourcing industry.Salary: £45k-£50k Depending on experience.   • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing advice and solutions, resolving any issues or complaints, and exceeding their expectations.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as the focal point for overall service delivery, taking necessary actions to maintain and reinforce the relationships and quality of service.
  • Implement opportunities for continuous improvement to drive revenue, reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and mitigate risk to service in line with business targets.
  • Regular reporting to analyse performance, trends, and common themes targeting tangible improvements by coordinating with crucial business functions..
  • Growth for existing accounts, exceeding business targets, while actively seeking new business opportunities. Collaborate and support the Account/Sales teams to strategically plan and develop client accounts, ensuring continued success.
  • Create robust reporting processes and escalation channels with sound commercial acumen and the ability to understand and manage business/financial data to maximise billing.
Experience:
  • Confident and articulate communicator with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of stakeholder management principles
  • Financially astute individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Presentation skills. Both the creation and delivery.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar customer relationship management role, specifically within the outsourcing industry. (Essential)
