We are recruiting an excellent opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join a market leader and large national company who sell temporary access solutions into Construction, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Events, Civils, and Rail. This is a home based position, but you must be able to attend 2 weeks training at their Head Office in Worksop when you start in the role.Company - Leading supplier of temporary access solutions Job Title - Internal Sales Representative Location - Home based role Salary - £35-40K + excellent commission scheme The Role:
- Follow up internally sourced leads in a timely manner.
- Manage a database of contacts with consistent levels of communication within each client.
- Identify new opportunities.
- Generate leads for regional field sales team.
- Secure and arrange F2F customer appointments for Sales Manager and field sales team.
- Regularly update CRM system with relevant sales activities, ensuring that sale pipeline is up to date.
- Cold call and warm call interactions.
- Promotion of all company products to prospective customers.
Requirements: Essential
- Excellent telephone manner and verbal communication.
- Experience in a previous Business Development / Sales role
- Self-motivated with a drive for generating new business and building a customer base.
- Reliable with desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently without constant close supervision.
- Adaptable with an aptitude for changing direction of efforts based on commercial strategy.
- Excellent timekeeping and organised approach to working.
