Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Team Member to join existing team in Doncaster. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
