Role Overview: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and supporting young children’s development. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment, and building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Key Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification: Candidates must hold a recognized childcare/early years qualification at a Level 3 minimum (or equivalent), such as BTEC, NNEB, CACHE Diploma, or NVQ.
  • Previous Experience: Experience working in a nursery setting is essential. We value candidates who are passionate about early childhood education and have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on children’s lives.
  • Safer Recruitment Checks: All successful candidates will undergo safer recruitment checks, including a full-completed DBS check.
