Sales Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Location: Doncaster, DN5

Salary: - 24,000 - 25,000 dependent on experience

Our client, a market-leading organisation in the Manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract for 9 months to cover a period of Maternity Leave.

This is an ideal role for a proactive, organised and customer focussed candidate with previous experience in an Administration/Office based role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
  • Manage and maintain customer account databases
  • Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email and provide sales support.
  • Complete export documentation.
  • Coordinate and manage sales enquiries
  • Schedule customer collections and deliveries.
  • Arrange and schedule transport.
  • Assist with general administration duties as required including filing, data entry and KPI reporting

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Experience of administration in manufacturing/production sector preferred but not essential.
  • Strong IT Literacy including good proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong planning and organisational abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
