Fit Out UK are a leading interior fit out contractor and relocation services provider working in the Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Residential Sectors.
We are currently looking for a new Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join us to oversee the commercials on 2 new build warehouses in the Yorkshire area.
The value of these projects is up to 25million andare set to run for the next 2-3 years.
You will be reporting into the Managing Surveyor and we are looking for someone experienced with:
- Construction Management Contracts
- Experienced in Collateral Warranties / JCT Contract
- Procurement and ongoing management of Trade Packages
- Cash Flow Forecasting
- Monthly Valuations
- Variations / FA management
- Ideally experience within new build commercial construction
- Weekly Commercial Reporting / Updates.
- Weekly Design / Progress Meeting attendance
Other Requirements:
- Degree Qualified or Equivalent
- Ideally based in and around Yorkshire
- Experience of Warehouse construction
- Team Player, wanting to be part of something bigger and taking pride in delivering exceptional projects
We are hiring immediately and there is flexibility on hours/location of work for the right person. Salary/Benefits negotiable, can be PAYE or Contract.
