This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our client, a well established food manufacturing business based in Doncaster. Reporting to the Accountant you will assist with the day to day running of the department. This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis.

THE ROLE:
Assisting the Accountant with the day to day running of the department.
Assisting in preparation of reports & returns.
Petty cash reconcile.
Posting of sales/purchase invoices & payments.
Sales and Purchasing queries.
Purchase invoices including matching to delivery notes.
Liaise with current and prospective tenants regarding maintenance issues.
Showing prospective tenants around.
Assisting with reception when required.

THE CANDIDATE:
Experience of Sage 200 advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Highly motivated.
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Strong Email management and organisation skills.
Able to work well within a team but also stand alone and be a self-motivated individual who is confident, flexible and proactive.

SALARY:
25,000, 20 days holiday plus stats, pension
