We are working with a well-established manufacturing who are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their state-of-the-art site in Dorking. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, focused on problem-solving, defect prevention and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer and internal quality issues
• Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, SPC
• Drive Lean and quality improvement initiatives
• Support new product introductions and engineering changes
• Work cross-functionally to improve product quality and KPIs

About You

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong Lean and problem-solving background
• Confident using 8D and root cause tools
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Plastics/injection moulding or life sciences experience desirable

• Fully on-site role
• Some international travel may be required
• Must be able to work in the UK
