About the RoleIgnata Finance is recruiting for a full-time Bookkeeper on a permanent basis just outside of Crawley, the ideal candidate will be hands-on and enthusiastic, as well as keen to have variety in their role!
  • Purchase ledger Function
  • Sales ledger Function
  • Bank reconciliation
  • managing expenses
  • Creditor reconciliation
  • Payroll
  • Supplier payments
  • PO reconciliation
Extra duties might include: 
  • HMRC PAYE and NI balance sheet reconciliation
  • Cashflow management
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Updating and maintenance of FAR 
  • Updating and maintenance of HP Register
  • CIS return rec and submission
  • VAT return rec and submission
Who you are:We are looking for an Bookkeeper who is excited by the opportunity to work across all aspects of finance to support the company’s rapid growth. This role will be well suited to someone who likes working in a fast-paced, high volume and process-oriented environment.The ideal candidate would be someone who works well in a team, multi-task, has strong problem-solving skills, and is self-motivated.  In terms of skills:
  • Knowledge of accounting principles
  • Intermediate level Excel as a minimum
  • At least 3 years experience working within accounts in the UK
  • Must be able to drive
