Job Title: KS3 Cover Supervisor
Location: Dover, Kent

Contract: Full time, Long Term
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Supervisor to join our team at the KS3 level. The General Supervisor will play a crucial role in creating a positive and nurturing environment for our students, ensuring their safety and well-being during non-classroom hours.
Your Role:
- Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, and other non-classroom periods to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Implement and enforce school policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and discipline of students.
- Monitor student behaviour and intervene when necessary to address conflicts or disruptive behaviour.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student engagement and positive social interactions.
- Assist in organizing and overseeing extracurricular activities and events for KS3 students.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to address concerns and maintain open lines of communication.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a school environment or similar setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage student behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
