Are you a motivated individual with strong customer service skills looking to kickstart your career in a well-established, growing business?

On offer is the opportunity to learn from a team of highly successful individuals in the freight and customs space. You will be provided with full training on customs clearance and ferry booking, with excellent opportunities for overtime and career progression.

Our client is a dynamic and sales-driven company operating 24/7 in their Dover offices. They specialise in providing a comprehensive package of services to commercial vehicle operators across Europe, including roll-on roll-off ferry freight bookings, customs clearance, European motorway and tunnel toll tickets, electronic tags, and Bureau de Change facilities.

They are seeking a motivated individual to join their enthusiastic team in providing customs clearance and ferry booking services to a diverse client base. You will work under supervision as part of an operational team, engaging with clients both in-person and over the phone.

Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with customs clearance processes and ferry bookings.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address queries and provide assistance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.

Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Strong educational background.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Schedule and Benefits:
• Average 42-hour week on a 12-hour shift basis, including night and weekend shifts.
• Starting salary of £24,000 per annum with overtime opportunities.
• Company pension scheme.
• 21 shifts paid holiday per year.
