We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant bar. Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage all aspects of bar operations, including inventory, ordering supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability while ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Train and supervise bar staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee beverage preparation, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative drink menus that complement our food offerings.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to enhance the customer experience with new and exciting bar features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar Bar Manager role within the hospitality industry.
• Extensive knowledge of bar operations, including drink preparation and mixology.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
• A successful history of driving sales and meeting targets.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, staff, and suppliers.
