SEND Teaching Assistant
Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a local Primary School for September! Are you a Primary SEND Teaching Assistant seeking for a full time position? Look no further! A village Primary School in the close proximity to Driffield require an SEND Teaching Assistant to cover from September 2024 until Christmas in the first instance. This is a full time, long-term role with a daily rate of £85+ per day.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting a child in KS2 with SEND. The child has an EHCP and the school have support from parents and outside agencies.
The ideal SEND Teaching Assistant will have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 and will be able to use a range of strategies to children with diverse learning needs. A knowledge of supporting SEMH would be ideal.

- Have experience of working in a school environment and ideally a levelled qualification
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
