MODULAR BUILDING INSTALLER

We are recruiting an experienced Modular Building Installer to join a family run modular building refurbishing specialist in Driffield. This is a Permanent Vacancy with great opportunities to progress, offering a pay rate up to 15ph (dependant on experience) PLUS 20 per night expenses and monthly bonus (approximately 130 a month)

Shift pattern / Working hours

Monday to Friday 7am-5pm (working away)

The Modular Building Installer role is a Permanent position that will commence with immediate effect however, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this.

Job description

As a Modular Building Installer you will be responsible for installing new, refurbished and second-hand units. Day to day you will be expected to;

Work away from home on a number of a different projects Monday to Friday

• Refurbish and maintain all types of modular buildings
• Carry out internal fitting and finishing of modular units
• Carry out basic general maintenance such as plumbing, carpentry, joinery etc ..
• Terminate / decommission all types of modular units
• Use various hand and power tools to complete works
• Work from design sheets

The successful candidate:

To be considered for the position of Modular Building Installer you must;

Have a minimum of a Blue CSCS Card or CPCS Card (or equivalent)

Be willing to work away from home Monday to Friday

Have experience working in the modular building industry, refurbishing and installing

Have a good level of communication and be able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines

Hold a full UK Driving License
