Role Overview:

They are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Assistant to join the dynamic technical team. As a crucial member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the site operates at the highest level of compliance and readiness for audits. You will collaborate closely with various departments including technical, production, and NPD teams to uphold their commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

-Support the Technical team in maintaining audit readiness and compliance at all times.
-Participate in both internal and external audit teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
-Accurately complete all necessary documentation related to technical processes and procedures.
-Collaborate closely with technical, production, and NPD teams to address any quality or safety concerns.
-Utilize previous experience in a similar role to contribute valuable insights and recommendations.
-Demonstrate expertise in BRC and HACCP standards, ensuring full compliance within the organization.

Requirements:

-Proficiency in BRC and HACCP standards, with a strong understanding of food safety regulations.
-Experience working with ambient products is preferred.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentation.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
