First Achieve are seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Shop Supervisor with a strong background in commercial vehicle painting to join our client in Droitwich.

Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the paint shop operations, ensuring high-quality finishes on commercial vehicles, and maintaining efficiency and safety standards. This role requires excellent leadership skills, technical expertise in paint application techniques, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Successful Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a commercial vehicle paint shop or similar environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of paint mixing, application, and curing techniques, with a focus on achieving high-quality finishes and color matching.
  • Familiarity with commercial vehicle painting equipment, such as spray guns, booths, and drying ovens, and proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team of technicians.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing production demands in a fast-paced environment.
