This job is no longer availableWe are looking for skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineerto join our client's dynamic team in delivering professional engineering services to a busy operations and manufacturing facility.
Duties of the Mechanical Engineer:
- Complete daily scheduled TPMs to a high standard
- Communicate with production and team leaders to prioritise machine breakdowns
- Be involved in project work/plant improvement as required
- Assist the Works Engineer with root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring breakdowns
- Be competent with risk assessing jobs and working safely
Qualifications/Experience of the Mechanical Engineer:
- Heavy industry experience
- Time-served Apprenticeship/HNC qualifications with experience
- Fault-finding ability
- Hydraulic, Pneumatic experience is essential, including reading drawings
Package/Benefits Offered to the Mechanical Engineer:
