Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are supporting a local company in the search for a permanent part time Accounts and Administration Assistant.
salary - 14.50
Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm (4 hours) with 30 minutes unpaid break.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filing, data entry, general administrative duties
- Answering and handling telephone calls professionally, directing inquiries as needed
- Assisting with basic financial tasks, such as invoice processing, petty cash management, and maintaining the cash book
- Supporting payroll processes, including timesheet management
- Booking accommodation and handling related travel arrangements
- Tea and coffee making to support office hospitality
- Supporting purchase ledger processes, supplier statements and invoice reconciliation
- Handling correspondence and document management
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail administration and organization skills
- Basic understanding of financial processes (e.g., cash book, payroll, petty cash, purchase ledger, expenses)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
