Location: Dudley - Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the credit control process efficiently, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payments.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in credit control or a related field 2/3 years+
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
