Fostering Operations Manager - Children's Charity

Salary 42,600 - 57,200 + Home Allowance

NonStop Social Care is currently working with a Leading Children's Charity in the West Midlands. I am looking for an Operations Manager to act as a Registered Manager for the operational area in West Midlands (fostering and adoption).

The fostering operations manager will lead a Family Placement Team that is high-performing, well-established that aims to deliver high-quality support to foster carers, carefully matching children and securing placement stability.

Responsibilities

The fostering Operations Manager will undertake management duties working alongside Assistant Head of Business to efficiently run a diverse family placement service, playing a key role in the success of the service and the chance of happiness for children and families in the charity's care.

Your office will be in Dudley. This post is mostly home-working, however coming to an office once per week is preffered.

Requirements
