Project Quantity Surveyor

A Permananet Opportunity has arisen for a Main Contractor Quantity Surveyor (QS) for a busy Construction Commercial Department based in Dudley.

Salary of 45 - 50k plus Package.

Responsibilities:

• As the Main Contractor Quantity Surveyor, you will be a fully-fledged Project Surveyor with experience of managing projects from cradle to grave and managing all commercial areas.

Required:

• To be successful for this role of Quantity Surveyor, it is required that you have strong project experience in managing values from 5m to 15m.

• Experience working on frameworks, government projects, education, leisure & healthcare.

Desired:

• Ideally, Quntatity Surveyordegree qualified but not essential.
• Ideally knowledge and experience of working on Healthcare and Education projects.
