Workshop Support Manager

JP Recruitment are hiring! Our client requires an experienced Workshop Support Manager to join their well-established manufacturing site.

Directly supporting management in the operation of the service centre, duties include:

• Support Management in the effective running of the Service Centre.
• Monitor & maintain monthly overhead costs in line with budget.
• Assist with Debtor Cash Collection.
• Assist with Monthly Forecasting.
• Review and maintain an orderly open order book.
• Schedule & manage resource requirements.
• Develop existing key accounts with focus on growth and expansion of service offering.
• Seek to develop new customer accounts.
• Generate quotations for supply & refurb of products when required.
• Support customers on any technical requests.
• Negotiation of pricing, availability, and technical solutions.
• Maintain anticipated margins and where possible seek to maximise in line with budgets.
• Support customers with onsite visits.
• Support the workshop with technical queries.
• Present a professional image, support, and always promote brand values.
• Assign & development of workshop personnel to be competent in the refurbishment of valves.

Salary:

• 33k – 48.5k

Working Hours:

• 7:30am – 4:30pm – Monday-Friday - Early finish Fridays.
