Machine Operative

Labour 24/7 is an employment business acting on behalf of our Ashton under Lyne based client They are looking to recruit Machine Operators (Slitting machines) who have had some machine operating experience or who are willing to learn. There will also be other type of warehouse duties as per client instruction alongside packing and manual lifting from the machines. Reliability and a good work attitude is crucial for the departments operation.

Experience in Machine Operating is preferred as you will be responsible in setting and operating the machine in a fast-paced environment after a 4 week training period. . Attention to detail and health and safety are crucial in the operation.

You will be on a 3-week shift pattern 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DO ALL THE SHIFTS.

Pay rate is from £13.55 per hour to £14 per hour plus overtime is available.
