About the Role:
You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, with particular focus on freehold sales and purchases. Ideally, you will also have experience with leasehold and new build transactions, though training can be provided for those with gaps in these areas.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly motivated, organised and committed to delivering excellent client service, while enjoying the flexibility of a remote-first working model.
Key Requirements:
- Solid experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
- Proficient in handling freehold sale and purchase transactions
- Leasehold and new build experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to client service
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote or hybrid team
