Deputy Trust Secretary

A position has arisen for a Deputy Trust Secretary within a highly regarded healthcare organisation situated within the east of England. The position is temporary running for 3 months+.

Location: East of England (remote working)

Contract: 3 months+

Rate: £22.34 per hour including holiday pay 

Hours: 37.5, Monday to Friday

Your brief overview of the day-to-day duties will include the following:

  1. Supporting the AD of Corporate Governance in delivering and coordinating services to the division in compliance with the framework
  2. Providing high-level administrative support and taking minutes in meetings
  3. Ensuring the effective running of the Trust Board sub-committees in relation to quality and safety, business and performance, people and culture, charity funds, and audits and assurance
  4. Building good working relationships with both the executive team and non-executive team

This role is ideally suited to an experienced NHS secretary and EA able to work both autonomously and within a team, who is looking to hone their skills in a renowned health organisation
