An opportunity has arisen for a Head of Finance to join an entrepreneurial, high growth manufacturing business. The organisation are market leaders in the space in which they operate and have a strong growth plan. This role will play a pivotal role in the finance department and be the right hand person to the CFO.

You will play a crucial role in leading the developing the finance team, ensuring robust financial processes and controls along with supporting the overall financial performance, profitability and growth.

To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA, CIMA)
  • Experience in leading and developing a team
  • Experience in managing an end to end finance function
  • Hands on approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong excel and systems skills

  • Lead and develop the finance team
  • Sit on the companies Senior Leadership Team and support with decision making
  • Oversee the monthly consolidation of management accounts
  • Ensure timely preparation and completely of statutory accounts
  • Own and lead on the annual budgeting and forecasting process
  • Manage the relationship with the auditors and any other third party suppliers
  • Ownership of the payroll process
  • Design, document and implement internal controls and processes
